In order to save money for your wedding, try holding an event at your house and charging admission or making sales.

Party/event ideas for the ladies (or the daring gentleman) to try:

- Avon - become a representative or setup a fundraising event and host a party where you’ll profit off of sales. (Also try Avon’s Mark, or Mary Kay also sells makeup)
- Home Interiors - They sell home decorations, and I LOVE their candles, they smell amazing. Host a party and receive company credit (to go to wedding decor purchases), or create a fundraising event and make 50% of sales.
- Jewelry Parties - On our Myspace page, a Lia Sophia representative says that by selling her jewelry, you can earn your wedding jewelry or your bridesmaid’s jewelry, or maybe even both!
- Tupperware - yes, the classic tupperware party. Make more then $200 and make 10% of sales, and for convience, you can host your party online.

Non-selling options that even the guys can try:

- Poker - host a poker game and pocket the cash required to join the game (possibly provide a small pot for the winner of the game).
- Moonbounce - I held a birthday party for Tanner and rented a moonbounce, I asked people to contribute $20, and I ended up making more money then I spent on the moonbounce!
- Clam bake - or fish fry, or a barbeque. Ask for an admission/contribution fee, and make sure your costs outweigh your income.

- Theme Parties - Luau’s, pirate parties, 80’s night, etc. Host a themed party and charge a small admission fee, try to use items around the house, tell your guest’s BYOB and for them to supply their own costume.
- Sushi Lessons - Hire someone with sushi making abilities and charge an admission fee where you can pocket the extra income. (Also, maybe not sushi but some other gourmet cooking lessons, bonus if you have a friend that can do it for free!)
- Dance Lessons - Hire a dance teacher and charge admission.

I think you get the picture, pick something your guests will like, and go with it! Plan costs and admission fees in advance to make sure you turn a profit.

Trying to save some extra money for your wedding? If you’re thinking about applying for a payday loan but want to find out a little more about cash advances before making a decision then you may need to go do some research online. You just may decide that a payday loan will help.
