Brides, Don’t Forget Any of This on Your Wedding

This is a nice list of items that you will absolutely not forget on your wedding day. You should print this list up and use it as a checklist to make sure that you have everything that you could possibly need.

In Your Purse or Maid of Honor’s Purse
Keep essential items on hand in a bag or purse.
- Brush/comb
- Cell phone (be sure to turn it off before the ceremony!)
- Emery board
- Extra panty hose
- Hair spray
- Handkerchief
- Makeup
- Mints
- Mirror (small and portable)
- Perfume, travel size
Appearance
- Baby powder (useful for getting out last-minute spills on a white dress)
- Bobby pins and hair elastics
- Brush and comb
- Clear nail polish (also helpful for stocking runs)
- Corsage pins
- Cotton balls/swabs
- Extra earring backs
- Extra pair of flat shoes
- Hairdryer
- Iron
- Lint brush
- Makeup
- Nail polish in the bride’s shade
- Sewing kit:
- Buttons
- Hem tape
- Needle
- Safety pins
- Small scissors
- Straight pins
- Thread that matches the wedding/bridal parties dresses.
- Shoe polish
- Spot remover (test it out on an inconspicuous part of the dress before using!)
- Static-cling spray
- Straws (for drinking without messing up lipstick)
- “Throwaway” garter
- White chalk (to cover any stains on the dress)

- Duct tape (good for any handy repairs)

I never see this on must have or don’t forget lists for brides- but it is extrememly important…
keep a protein bar or protein shake on hand.
Seriously- what bride wants to eat before her wedding? None of us really do, but if you dont have protein, you are more likely to drag and not enjoy the day.
I have done this for several of my girlfriends on their wedding day, just had a yummy shake on hadn they could sip on here and there- and they were all so thankful for it!

That is an excellent idea that noone probably thinks of. You’d be starving without some kind of food. A protein bar is a perfect choice, because you wouldn’t be stuffed, but you’d be satisfied.
