Well, not too much on the cash front here, because we are still waiting on the Ebay and Senseo money, but we did take the $53 in coins and turn it into cash. Now, I just need to open an EmigrantDirect.com account with the 5.05% interest for savings.
The past couple days have been a little saddening with Google Adsense :( We were doing well the first couple days, but yesterday, we only made $0.67 and today we have only made $1.63 so far. I hope that picks up, because that has a great potential for helping us reach our goal.
I am going to try a little bit of advertising for this site. I paid $70 to have someone submit this site to 700 web directories. Hopefully that might help out with the search engines. I am not including that in the wedding money, because I will consider it my own personal contribution to the wedding fund! I’ll keep you updated on how that works out for us.

Thanks for your post to my blog.
When are you getting married and where - I assume Las Vegas.
Maybe I can help with your wedding by offering a special rate. I know its not cash, but a gift in kind could help by lowering the total needed.

Hi Tanner and Lacey. Some tips to make some money from your blog.
1. Register at Pay per Post (www.payperpost.com) and get paid for blogging about stuff
2. Register at Blogvertise (www.blogvertise.com) and also get paid for blogging
3. Put a Paypal Donation button on your blog, if you are ok with the idea.
Hope these tips help! I’ll let you know if I think of any other tips.
